6. Eat fish

Fish is an excellent source of omega-3-rich fat and vitamin D, which not only helps prevent heart disease, some cancers, diabetes, and high blood pressure but also helps with depression, ADHD and even schizophrenia.



It also helps to alleviate some menopausal symptoms. The proposed service is 1 to 3 times a week.
According to AHA, the healthiest choices are salmon, herring, trout or sardines. If you are not a fish fan, you can always talk to your doctor about taking fish oil.



7. Try green coffee
 
Green coffee is a coffee of grains that are not roasted, so they have more nutrients. This type of coffee has plenty of antioxidants that can help fight to age. It is especially good to try it now, as you can show the first signs of aging.



We all want to try to stay young as long as possible, so why not?
 
8. Eat earlier
 
According to a study by the University of Pennsylvania, the time of your diet plays a key role in your health and weight gain. People who eat later in the day (from noon until 23:00) tend to thicken and have higher levels of insulin and cholesterol than those who eat from 8 to 19 hours.



Late eating can also cause some chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. You may also find that you have more energy if you eat earlier in the day.

9. Take care of your bones
 

Almost every cell in the human body uses calcium in some way.



As we get older and swallow less and less calcium than food, it leads our body to take it from our bones. To prevent calcium deficiency, your diet should contain dairy products, seeds, canned salmon and sardines, beans and almonds.
 
10. Make your diet colorful


 
Many fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants, but not many contain antioxidant anthocyanin, which is basically a pigment that gives some fruits and vegetables a bright coloration.

Previous research has shown that foods with high concentrations of anthocyanin, such as blueberries, beets, purple cabbage or cherries, can improve dementia and condition of the cardiovascular system in women.
