Bread
Bread, especially the whole-grain, is an excellent source of carbohydrates. No matter what you can hear about carbohydrates stored in the form of fats, these nutritional elements are necessary for the proper function of brain. Limit them but never entirely avoid them. The insulin, released during their utilization in the body, regulates the production of tryptophan - precursor of serotonin, which makes you feel better. If you are depressed and the mood is low this almost will make you feel hungry. One slice of bread won’t hurt you, except that it will bring a feeling of satiety.
 


Pasta
The presence of pasta in the dietary menu has its justification due to the high water content of cooked pasta and rise - they are almost 70% water. Dark chocolate
Is there a better way to satisfy your appetite for chocolate, than with the chocolate itself? The more you try not to think about it, the bigger quantities will pass through your mouth in comparison with those you don’t care about consumption at all. Dark chocolate is more nutritious and with stronger taste than the fine milky one, so search for it and don’t eat more than 1-2 pieces a day.
 


Fruits
The old-fashioned diets have been reaching such extremities that recommended the elimination of fruits form the eating regime. It is true that fruits contain fructose, but it’s not able to increase blood sugar levels, and besides that they have water, fibers, and are low-calorie products. Eat at least 3 fresh fruits daily.
