Fat burners can be effective helpers for weight loss when they are used properly.
The first step is to learn to avoid these 5 potential mistakes.
You've heard about fat burners, pills, which can make fats melt away from your body like a cone of ice cream, right?
Not exactly. Fat burners are food supplements.
They are designed with ingredients that can really give you the extra boost to help you burn fat.
But they can not replace the hard diet and exercise plan!
1. DIET IS 80% OF THE FAT-LOSS BATTLE
One of the biggest mistakes that many people make is to think they can just take a fat burning food supplement and the weight loss results will come to fruition.
But sticking to a limited calorie diet is 80% of your battle. If you can do it and be consistent with it, then you have done 80% of your work. The rest is time for exercise and then you can get an extra help from the food supplements.
Fat burners can help to improve fat loss, but they will do so only if you follow the right diet.
They work in different ways. They can stimulate your energy, reduce appetite, stimulate stored fat to be used for energy and even increase metabolism and heart temperature, so you can burn more calories throughout the day. But if you take a fat burner and then "celebrate" with hamburgers, pizza, and bagels, you will not see a fat loss soon.
2. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR EXPECTATIONS FOR LOSS OF WEIGHT ARE REALISTIC
Stay realistic with your expectations. Some people believe that if they drink a fat burning food supplement, they should be able to burn pounds of fat every week.
It will not happen.
If you lose weight too fast, you may lose pure muscle mass. And if you do not want to look like a shapeless hanger instead of a toned, fitness model or bodybuilder, you need to rethink your fat loss plan.
3. A LARGER QUANTITY IS NOT BETTER
Fat burners are specifically designed to give you the right doses of different ingredients to help you lose fat. But that does not mean that the more ingredients you take, the more results you will see.

It is always best to start with the lowest dose indicated on the pack and stay at that dose for at least two weeks. You can then determine if you want to increase the dose to the highest end of the spectrum if it is indicated on the package.
If the product shows only one route of intake, you should stick to it.
4. MORE CAFFEINE - MORE RESULTS
If you can not start your day without a cup of coffee and drink another 3 or 4 all day long, be careful when choosing a fat burner.
Most, unless specifically stated, contain caffeine or a substance similar to caffeine, a stimulant. If you want to take a fat burning food supplement, look up the general intake of caffeine during your day.
While you will definitely like the energizing benefits you would get from such a high caffeine intake, if you mix fat with a couple of cups of coffee or any other beverage containing caffeine, you could really burn quickly. You can feel the fatigue easier and need more time to recover from training. In the end, this is equivalent to slower results.
So while you may think that combining coffee and fat burners will only help you see the results faster, you will end up killing the positive effects of the fetal binge from over-stimulating your body. Or go to decaffeinated coffee while using the supplement or at least drink decaffeinated coffee at about the same time as you take a fetal dish. This way you will not get a huge overdose of caffeine for a short period of time.
5. RESULTS SHOULD BE MEASURED
You must evaluate your progress. Whether you take pictures every day, body measurements, body fat measurements or just your weight on a scale, you will not know if a product helps you see results if you do not know your starting point.
Some people respond better to certain ingredients in the fat burning products, so what works best for a person may not necessarily work best for another person. In a few weeks, if you find that you do not see the results you expected, consider using another product!.
